OnePlus 6 will be available very soon and with the launch date approaching several rumors have already started surfacing online. While we saw OnpePlus 5 upgrade with the OnePlus 5T in 2017. Interestingly, OnePlus 6 could be one of those smartphones which are expected to come with an iPhone X like notch display. Also, some image leaks had suggested some of the features in the handset, Glass body, notch design, highest benchmarking score, 19:9 display.
In India, the company has in fact managed to surpass Samsung and Apple to become the leading Android premium smartphone brand. While the company’s current flagship, the OnePlus 5T remains very popular, most OnePlus fans are looking forward to the company’s next flagship smartphone, OnePlus 6.
Features of upcoming OnePlus 6
The OnePlus 6 is also rumored to feature advanced 3D facial recognition, similar to Face ID used on the iPhone X. Rumors suggest the notch will house an infrared 3D camera module along with the regular front-facing camera to enable more secure facial recognition. A fingerprint sensor will be included as well on the back side of the phone.
According to Android Central OnePlus 6 AnTuTu benchmark scores, revealing some key details about the next OnePlus flagship. The OnePlus 6 prototype managed to score 2,76,510 points on AnTuTu.
OnePlus 6 expected to be powered by the most powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core chipset. As far as RAM is concerned there will be two version with 6 and 8 GB of RAM respectively.
Expected Launch Date: Although the company hasn't announced anything yet but we can expect the launch of OnePlus 6 in Q2 2018.
